How pricing works

There's one price list, and the same rules apply to everyone. All three are below.

    The price you see is the price you pay

    The price on the site is the same in the cart and on the invoice, excluding KDV.

    12-Month Fixed Price

    List price increases won't apply to your plan's price for 12 months; the period starts at the first invoice for new services and on 25 October 2026 for existing ones. At renewals after those 12 months, the current price, campaigns and terms of the renewal period apply. Terms

    Changes are written and announced ahead

    List prices change only with at least 30 days' notice. A change doesn't affect your current period or your 12-month fixed-price period, and if you prefer, you can end the service without penalty and get the unused time refunded.

Frequently asked questions

What is a VDS server?

An independent slice of a physical server, created by virtualization, with its own operating system and full root access. Your resources are allocated according to your plan, and you configure the server however you like.

Is a VDS the same as a VPS?

Many providers use the two words loosely. We say VDS because every plan runs on the resources stated in its plan definition: RAM and disk are reserved for you, and on Pro the CPU cores are too. The difference between our two series is the CPU platform and the core model.

What's the difference between Eko and Pro?

On Pro, AMD EPYC cores, RAM and disk are reserved for you alone, and daily backup is included. On Eko, every virtual server is isolated and RAM and disk are reserved for you, while CPU power is distributed evenly. For workloads that need full CPU all the time, we recommend Pro.

How do port speed and traffic work?

Every server is connected to a 1 Gbps port. The monthly traffic quota is on the plan card. If you exceed it, we warn you first, then reduce the speed; no extra invoice is issued.

Who manages the server?

You manage the operating system and applications; Natsom runs the hardware, network, virtualization and backups. If you'd like, we can also take on OS and application management by quote. The scope is set out on the Operations & support page.

How do prices work?

Prices are in TRY and exclude Turkish VAT (KDV). List price changes are announced 30 days in advance. List price increases won't apply to your plan's price for 12 months; the period starts at the first invoice for new services and on 25 October 2026 for existing ones. At renewals after those 12 months, the current price, campaigns and terms of the renewal period apply. Add-ons and statutory tax changes are excluded.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can move up to a larger plan. Automatic downgrades from the panel aren't available.

How does setup work?

Setup starts automatically once payment is approved. Access details are sent to your e-mail, and the web console is in your panel.

Which operating systems can I install?

Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and Windows Server templates are ready; Windows Server is available on eligible plans (4 GB RAM and up).

Can I install Docker?

Yes. With full root access you install Docker yourself on one of the Linux images; Docker isn't preinstalled. How many containers you can run depends on your plan's vCPU, RAM and disk.

Can I get a Windows virtual server?

Yes. Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 images are available on eligible plans (4 GB RAM and up). Setup starts automatically on payment approval, just like Linux, and you connect over RDP. The images come with an evaluation license; for continued use, you bring your own license.

What's your availability target?

Our monthly availability target is 99.9%. For any month below it, a service credit is applied to your invoice; the rates and thresholds are in the SLA. Actual availability is public on the live status page.

How soon can I get a refund?

On a first order, the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies: you get the full amount back, no questions asked. It can be used once every 12 months per product family; families don't use up each other's right. It covers every Eko and Pro plan. The full terms are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Where is my data kept?

All servers run in our data center in Istanbul, so your data stays in Turkey. Live status is public at status.natsom.com.

What languages is support in?

English and Turkish. Open a ticket in the client panel in either language.
