Natsom's current campaigns are published here, with their scope, their duration and what happens at renewal.

Pay annually: pay for 9 months, use 12

For annual orders placed by 31 December 2026, the annual price is 9 times the monthly price, and you use the service for 12 months.

Covers: VDS servers and cPanel web hosting plans, on annual billing.
Doesn't cover: Monthly billing, and every service not listed above (including domains, SSL, business e-mail and reseller hosting).
Runs until: Annual orders placed by 31 December 2026.
Applies to: The first annual term of the order only.
Renewal: At renewal, the current price, campaigns and terms of the renewal period apply. List price changes are announced 30 days in advance.
In the cart: Choose annual billing on the plan card or in the cart and the annual price shows as 9 months' worth; no code or coupon needed. KDV (Turkish VAT) and the total due are shown in the order summary before you pay.

12-Month Fixed Price

For VDS servers, cPanel web hosting and reseller hosting, the main product's price excluding VAT is not affected by list price increases for 12 months. The period starts at the first invoice for new services, and on 25 October 2026 for services active on that date.

Covers: The plan (main product) price of VDS servers, cPanel web hosting and reseller hosting; monthly and annual billing.
Who it's for: All new and existing customers: every service that is active or opened while the campaign runs.
Duration: 12 months from the first invoice date for new services, and from 25 October 2026, the campaign start, for services active on that date.
What stays fixed: Protected price: for new services, the main product price on the first invoice (excl. VAT); for existing services, the main product price applied to your service on 25 October 2026 (excl. VAT). List price increases made during these 12 months are not applied to your service.
Services bought at a campaign price: If a service was bought at a campaign price, that price applies for the period stated in that campaign's terms; for the rest of the 12 months, the renewal price shown at purchase applies and doesn't change during that time.
Not covered: Taxes (including VAT), additional services (extra IPs and similar add-ons) and separately purchased licences; domains, SSL, business e-mail and other services.
Start: 25 October 2026.
Refund calculation: For a service covered by this campaign, the monthly list price used in refund calculations made within the 12-month period is the monthly list price on the protection start date (25 October 2026 for existing services, the first invoice date for new services); later list price increases are not reflected.
Changes to these terms: If these terms change, the change is published in this block with its date and does not apply to the detriment of services covered before that date.

End: Until Natsom withdraws it. A withdrawal is announced on this page with its date; services covered up to that date complete their 12-month period.
After 12 months: At renewal, the current price, campaigns and terms of the renewal period apply. List price changes are announced 30 days in advance.
Plan changes: If a plan change you request is completed while the campaign runs, a new 12-month period starts for the new plan from the change date; the new plan's list price excl. VAT on that date stays fixed for those 12 months.
How to get it: No code or coupon needed; the campaign applies automatically to covered services.

Are my existing services covered?

Yes. VDS, web hosting and reseller hosting services active on 25 October 2026 are covered; for these services, the 12 months are counted from 25 October 2026, the campaign start.

What changes on annual billing?

On annual billing, the 12-month period is already paid in advance, so the campaign makes the most difference on monthly billing: list price increases don't reach your monthly invoice for 12 months.

What happens if the campaign is withdrawn?

Services covered up to the withdrawal date complete their 12-month period.
