Virtual servers, hosting and business e-mail.All in Istanbul.
A full-root virtual server for your application, cPanel hosting for your website, business e-mail for your team. Virtual server setup starts automatically once payment is approved.
A business runs on dozens of systems every day: servers, websites, e-mail, backups. Setting them up is quick. Keeping them healthy for years is a different job: monitoring, updates, backups and, when needed, a night-time fix.
Natsom was founded to take on that second job. Today we offer six services: virtual servers (VDS), web hosting, business e-mail, reseller hosting, SSL certificates and domain registration. Physical servers are set up on request, by quote. For all of them, setting up, monitoring and backing up the infrastructure is our responsibility.
We grow our catalog slowly, on purpose. A new service is added only when it can meet the same operating standard as the rest: written limits, a published price and a defined boundary of responsibility.
Your application, your website and your agency's clients. Each solution's limits are on its product page; the panels shown are illustrative.

Your virtual server, with your own operating system
Your virtual server (VDS) is set up automatically once payment is approved, and runs in our data center in Istanbul: low latency for your users in Turkey, and full root access for you.
—You configure the distribution, the kernel and the services
—Server backup included in the plan: weekly or daily
If your situation isn't one of these three, the solutions guide covers all six, with what we do in each.
Operations
three mechanisms
Who takes care of things after setup?
Who notices an outage, how fast they respond, and what happens if a commitment isn't met: all of this is set before you buy. The three mechanisms below put it in writing.
What we monitor
An outage starts the moment our monitoring detects it or you report it, whichever comes first. Its duration is measured from then, not from when we notice.
The measurement method is in the SLA
When there's an outage
Outages are published on a public status page. Planned maintenance is announced at least 72 hours ahead and totals no more than 4 hours in a calendar month.
Service credit for any month below the availability target
Where it runs
Our servers are in the Turknet data center in Istanbul. Hosting in Turkey means low latency for your users in Turkey.
Actual uptime is public
The contract lists, clause by clause, which layers we run and which you control. Whether a support request is in scope is settled before you buy, not on the day you open it.
Our pricing follows written rules. Paid periods aren't affected by list price changes. Services outside the refund scope are clearly marked at checkout, before you pay.
Getting started is quick; running and monitoring are on us.
Step 01
Choose your plan
Limits and terms are on every plan card. Not sure which fits? Tell us what you need and we'll recommend a size.
Step 02
Set up or move
Starting fresh? Your virtual server's setup starts automatically once payment is approved. Coming from another provider? On hosting we migrate your sites free, up to the plan's site count. Annual virtual server orders include free migration too, after we assess the scope.
Step 03
Leave the operations to us
Infrastructure maintenance, backups and monitoring are our responsibility, and our status page is public. We take support tickets 24/7.
Not sure which plan fits? Skip step one: describe your situation, and we'll send the right service and size with our reasoning.

What to know before you buy
Renewal pricing, limits, migration and KVKK, each covered in depth in its own article. The articles are currently in Turkish.
Short answers. Details are on the product pages and in the contract texts.
Does Natsom sell virtual servers (VDS)?
Yes. Natsom's main product is full-root VDS servers running on its own infrastructure in Istanbul. There are two series: Eko (Intel Xeon E5-2699 v4; isolated resources, weekly backup) and Pro (AMD EPYC 7642; dedicated cores, daily backup). Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux images are ready to install; a Windows Server trial image is also available on eligible plans. Setup starts automatically once payment is approved. The plans in stock today and their list prices are on the VDS page.
Are VDS, VPS and cloud servers the same thing?
The terms overlap, and providers use them differently. What Natsom sells is VDS: an independent server with its own operating system and full root access, running on a physical machine, with RAM and disk reserved for you (on Pro, the CPU cores too). "Cloud server" usually means hourly billing and instant API scaling. Natsom doesn't offer that today; if it's added, it will get its own page.
Where is my data hosted?
Natsom services are hosted in the Turknet data center in Istanbul, Turkey. Hosting in Turkey means low latency for your visitors in Turkey.
How is the renewal price set?
For VDS, web hosting and reseller hosting, list price increases don't apply for 12 months; the period starts at the first invoice for new services and on 25 October 2026 for existing ones. At renewals after the 12-Month Fixed Price period, the current price, campaigns and terms of the renewal period apply. List price changes are announced 30 days in advance.
How does migration work?
On hosting, we migrate your sites free of charge, up to your plan's site count. Annual virtual server orders also include free migration from your existing server, after the scope is assessed.
What are the refund terms?
On a first order of virtual servers, hosting, reseller hosting or business e-mail, the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies: you get the full amount back, no questions asked. It can be used once every 12 months per product family. Domain registration is excluded, because a registration can't be undone. SSL certificates are also excluded: cancel before the certificate is issued and you get a full refund; after issuance, a refund is possible only within the certificate provider's refund window. If validation isn't completed within 30 days, the order is cancelled and refunded. After the guarantee period you can still cancel at any time, and the unused period is refunded. Exclusions are shown at checkout, before you pay.
What services does Natsom offer?
Natsom offers six services today: virtual servers (VDS), web hosting, business e-mail, reseller hosting, SSL certificates and domain registration. Physical servers are set up by quote. Everything is hosted in the Turknet data center in Istanbul, and setting up, monitoring and backing up the infrastructure is Natsom's responsibility. The catalog is kept narrow on purpose: a new service is added only when it meets the same operating standard (written limits, a published price, a defined boundary of responsibility).
What happens during an outage, and who answers support requests?
The infrastructure is monitored 24/7, and outages are published on a public status page. Support tickets are answered by the technical support team; tickets are accepted 24/7, and our first-response target is 30 minutes. Our monthly availability target is 99.9%. That's a target, not a guarantee; what we commit to is a service credit on your invoice for any month below it.
